CARMEN'S EASY PEASY CHEESE CAKE RECIPE TAKES 20 MINUTES TO 1/2 HOUR TO MAKE 125g pack wheatmeal or arrowroot or Amareti Italian Macaroons 60g marg (i use the low cholesterol type) 400g can Skim Sweetened condensed milk 500g pack Philly or cream cheese I use the Philladelthia 1/4 cup lemon juice Crush your biscuits finely and mix well with your marg press mixture into a medium size pie dish or free form tin place in fridge till firm CHEESE, MILK & LEMON JUICE MUST BE AT ROOM TEMP OR YOUR MIXTURE WILL GO LUMPY Put your Condensed milk and cheese into a mixing bowl, beat with electric mixer until we blended add the lemon juice slowly to mixture and combine, Put your mixture into your chilled biscuit base Top with whatever your little heart desires, Berries, Fruit, Chocolate if you like a firmer mix dissolve 1 tbsp gelatine with 1/4 cup hot water add when mixing your cheese and milk I don't normally add it as I find it firm enough after refrigerating till well chilled Im sure most of you already have this recipe
